Mushafuk.online is a free site for reading the Madinah mushaf page by page.
Tafsir, translation, i'rab, and notes on difficult words open from the same page.
There are no ads, and you do not need an account to read.
The pages follow the Madinah mushaf in the narration of Hafs.
The Quran here has 114 surahs, 604 pages, and 30 ajza.
Page 1 is Surah Al-Fatihah.
Surah Al-Baqarah begins on page 2.
Every page has its own address.
In English, the first page is /en/page/1/.
The search box takes a surah name, a verse such as 2:255, or a page number.
Ayat al-Kursi is verse 255 of Al-Baqarah, on page 42 of the mushaf.
The language button at the top offers Azerbaijani, Turkish, English, Arabic, and Russian.
That choice changes the menu and the buttons.
The Arabic mushaf itself stays the same in every language.
The English reading opens with Saheeh International.
Hilali and Khan, and the Rowwad centre, are also there.
Other languages include Azerbaijani (Alikhan Musayev), Turkish (Ali Özek and Rowwad), and Russian (Elmir Kuliev), plus German, Spanish, Persian, French, Hausa, Hindi, Japanese, Kurdish, Kyrgyz, Dutch, Pashto, Portuguese, Somali, Tamil, Tajik, Uyghur, Urdu, and Uzbek.
A translation is a rendering of the meaning, not the Quran itself.
The translator’s name is shown on the page.
Tafsir is a book that explains the meaning of a verse.
The site includes as-Sa'di, at-Tafsir al-Muyassar, al-Mukhtasar, Ibn Kathir, al-Baghawi, as-Sam'ani, Aysar at-Tafasir, and at-Tabari.
These tafsirs are in Arabic.
Tap a verse and open the tafsir section to read one.
I'rab shows the grammatical role of the words in a verse.
The books are al-I'rab al-Muyassar, I'rab al-Quran by an-Nahhas, the work of Muhyi al-Din Darwish, and al-Jadwal by Mahmud Safi.
An i'rab page is a different address from the ordinary reading page.
The English i'rab of page 1 is /en/irab/page/1/.
Gharib al-Quran is a short explanation of rare or difficult words.
Two sources are on the site: as-Siraj by Dr Muhammad al-Khudayri, and Tafsir Gharib al-Quran by Ibn Qutaybah.
The note opens beside the word when you tap the verse.
The listen button plays a verse and can continue through the surah.
The reciters are Maher Al Muaiqly, Husary, Nasser Al Qatami, Yasser Al Dosari, Muhammad Ayyub, Muhammad Jibreel, and Saud Ash-Shuraim.
The audio is streamed from EveryAyah.
Permission to use the mushaf does not cover these recordings.
Search looks only at the Quran text, translations, and tafsirs that are on this site.
A question in English, Azerbaijani, Turkish, or Russian is answered from that language’s translation.
Arabic text is shown when the question is in Arabic, or when a tafsir is asked for.
If one verse fits the question, a direct answer is given.
If several verses are close, cards appear first, and the answer of the card you tap is shown.
Each page has its own address, and that address opens the same place again.
Al-Fatihah in English is /en/page/1/.
Translation, i'rab, and rare-word notes each have their own addresses.
Reading, opening a translation, and listening are free.
There are no ads, and no account is required.
Bookmarks and notes stay on your device.
The mushaf, the translations, the tafsir editions, and the audio are not one and the same right.
The Arabic Quran text is from the Tanzil Project.
That Uthmani text matches the Madinah mushaf.
The King Fahd Complex publishes the Madinah mushaf, and Tanzil’s digital text follows the same mushaf.
That permission does not extend to translations, tafsir publications, or recordings.
Each author is named on the Sources page.
The page fits a phone screen, and a swipe turns to the next page.
The surah list, the ajza, and search open from the top.
Night mode and text size are in the settings.
