Al-Mukhtasar
وَهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفْعَلُونَ بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ شُهُودٌ ﴿٧﴾
They were witnesses to the torture and ill-treatment they meted out to the believers, as they were present there.
