Al-Mukhtasar

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلْمُرْسَلَـٰتِ عُرْفًا ﴿١﴾

Allah takes an oath on the constant winds, like the mane of a horse.
