Al-Mukhtasar
تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ ﴿٢﴾
The revelation of the Qur’ān is from Allah, the Mighty whom nobody can overpower, Wise in His creating, decreeing and planning.
