Al-Mukhtasar
فِىٓ أَدْنَى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ ﴿٣﴾
In the nearer lands of Levant. The Romans, after their defeat will be vitorious over them again.
