Al-Mukhtasar

وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَـٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ ٱلْأَعْجَمِينَ ﴿١٩٨﴾

Had we revealed this Qur’ān upon one of the non-Arabs who do not speak Arabic.
