Al-Mukhtasar
وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ ﴿١١﴾
Previous groups of disbelievers did not receive a messenger except that they belied and ridiculed him.
