33:63 People ask you [O Prophet] concerning the Hour. Say, “Its knowledge is only with Allah.” How could you know? Perhaps the Hour is near.

33:64 Indeed, Allah has cursed the disbelievers and has prepared for them a Blazing Fire,

33:65 abiding therein forever, never will they find any protector or helper.

33:66 On the Day when their faces are turned over in the Fire, they will say, “Would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger!”

33:67 They will say, “Our Lord, we obeyed our chiefs and our elders[1], but they led us astray from the [right] way.

33:68 Our Lord, give them a double punishment and curse them with a mighty curse.”

33:69 O you who believe, do not be like those who maligned Moses[1], but Allah cleared him of what they said; he was highly honored before Allah.

33:70 O you who believe, fear Allah and say what is right,

33:71 He will guide you to righteous deeds and forgive your sins. Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger will surely achieve a supreme triumph.

33:72 Indeed, We offered the Trust[1] to the heavens, the earth, and the mountains, yet they refused[2] to bear it and were afraid of it. But man assumed it; he is indeed wrongful and ignorant[3].

33:73 [As a result of that] Allah will punish the hypocrite men and women, and the polytheist men and women, and Allah will accept the repentance of the believing men and women, for Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful[1].
