7:196 My Protector is Allah Who has sent down the Book, for it is He Who protects the righteous.
7:197 But those whom you supplicate besides Him cannot help you, nor can they help themselves.”
7:198 If you call them to guidance, they do not hear, and you see them looking at you, but they do not see.
7:199 Be gracious, enjoin what is right and turn away from those who are ignorant[1].
7:200 If you are tempted by Satan, seek refuge with Allah[1], for He is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
7:201 Those who fear Allah, when an evil whisper comes to them from Satan, they remember Him and immediately come back to their senses.
7:202 But the devils plunge their [human] brothers deeper into sin, sparing no effort.
7:203 When you do not bring them a sign[1], they say, “Why do you not improvise one?” Say, “I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This [Qur’an] is an insight from your Lord, and a guidance and mercy for people who believe.”
7:204 When the Qur’an is recited, listen to it attentively and maintain silence, so that you may receive mercy.
7:205 And remember your Lord within yourself with humility and fear, without raising your voice, in the morning and evening, and do not be of those who are heedless.
7:206 Indeed, those [angels] who are near to your Lord do not disdain to worship Him; they glorify Him, and to Him they prostrate.
